Update your payment method

Replace the card used for your subscription. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Under Payment method, select Update.
3. Enter the new card details and select Save.

The new card is used from the next billing date. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If a payment has already failed, see the article on failed payments for how to retry straight away.
