Change your email address

You can change the email address linked to your account at any time. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Steps

1. Open Profile from the menu in the top right corner.
2. Select Email address, then Change.
3. Enter the new address.
4. Enter the six-digit code we send to the new address.

Your sign-in email changes as soon as the code is accepted. Notifications are sent to the new address from then on.

Things to know

• You cannot use an address that is already linked to another account.
• Pending invitations stay with the old address until you accept them.
