I lost my phone and cannot get a two-factor code

If your authenticator app is gone, you can still get into your account. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Use a recovery code

On the code screen, select Use a recovery code and enter one of the codes you saved when you set up two-factor authentication. After signing in, set up two-factor authentication again on your new phone.

No recovery codes

Contact support. We verify your identity before turning off two-factor authentication, which can take up to two business days. A workspace owner cannot turn it off for you.
