Cancel your subscription

Cancel when you no longer need a paid plan. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Select Cancel subscription and choose a reason.
3. Confirm.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the free plan. Your projects and tasks are kept. You will not be charged again. To remove your account entirely, delete it separately.
