Upgrade or downgrade your plan

You can move between the Starter, Team and Business plans whenever you like. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Change the plan

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Select Change plan and choose the new plan.
3. Review the summary and confirm.

An upgrade starts immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at the next billing date. Features that are not in the lower plan stay visible but become read-only.
