If you cannot sign in because you are unsure which email address your account uses, work through these checks. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Search your inbox

Search each of your mailboxes for “Example App”. The welcome email, invoices and workspace invitations all come from the same sender and show the address they were sent to.

Ask a workspace owner

An owner of your workspace can open Settings, then Members, and tell you the address listed for you.

Contact support from the address you think is closest. We will only share account details after verifying your identity.
