Manage push notifications on your phone

Push notifications appear on your phone’s lock screen. They are separate from email notifications. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Turn them on

1. Open the mobile app and go to Profile, then Notifications.
2. Select Push and allow notifications when your phone asks.
3. Choose the events you want, such as assignments and mentions.

If you receive nothing

Check that notifications are allowed for Example App in your phone’s settings, and that Do Not Disturb is off. Signing out of the app stops push messages on that device.
