Resend or cancel an invitation

Invitations that have not been accepted are listed under Pending. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Resend

Open Settings, then Members, then Pending. Select Resend next to the address. The new email has a fresh link, and the old link stops working.

Cancel

Select Cancel invitation to withdraw it. The link in the original email will no longer work.

Invitations expire after seven days. If the person says they never received it, check that the address is spelled correctly and ask them to look in their spam folder.
