Billing overview

This article explains how billing works for a workspace. It is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

How you are charged

Workspaces are billed monthly, in advance, for each active member. A member is active if they have signed in during the billing period.

Where to find your invoices

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Download any invoice as a PDF.

Changing your plan

Only owners can change the plan. A change to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. A change to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
