Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and sign-in. It does not delete your workspace. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Before you start

• If you own a workspace, transfer ownership to someone else first.
• Export anything you want to keep. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

Delete the account

1. Open Profile, then Security.
2. Select Delete account and confirm with your password.

Tasks you created stay in their projects, shown as created by “Former member”. Your account is removed within 30 days.
