Reset your password

If you cannot sign in, you can reset your password. This is a placeholder article for the ThenCue spike.

Reset from the sign-in page

1. Open the sign-in page and select Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address you registered with.
3. Open the email we send you and select the reset link.
4. Choose a new password and select Save.

The link works once and expires after 30 minutes. If it expires, request a new one.

Choosing a password

Use at least 12 characters. A phrase of several unrelated words is easier to remember than a short string of symbols.
